18 Months

Last week Lily had her 18 month check-up. She is doing great! Her gross motor skills are completely caught up and she answered all of the doctor's questions ("What sound does a cow make?" "Where is your eye?" etc.). She is still a little peanut, just like her daddy was at her age. Her weight was 20lbs 4 oz (5th percentile) and her height was 20-3/4" (7th percentile).

I feel like I fall in love with every stage of her life. I always think to myself, "I love this age!" The past month has been awesome. Her language has taken off and I love hearing her say new things. Lately she always likes to point out when someone is wearing a hat. She also likes to stand on chairs (which she knows she is not supposed to be doing) and say "Tall! Tall!" and then give Greg and I a michevious smile and say "Sit! Sit" and quickly sit down.

I have been feeling really good the past week. I'm not sure why, but my cough has really subsided. It's been so nice!
