I woke up in the middle of the night last night from an asthma attack. My asthma usually acts up at night, thanks to my
GERD irritating my lungs (my CF doctor explained that the acid rises up in my throat when I lie down, and then I inhale the fumes). However, last night there was full-on wheezing going on, something that
rarely happens to me unless I am sick. And now I am coughing up green junk. I hope it's caused by the fumes from the new floor cleaner our housekeepers used yesterday (the smell was so strong!) and that I am not getting sick. I need to call the housekeepers and tell them not to use that stuff again.

Do you use a pillow wedge? I have a friend who has really bad GERD and she found it helped alot when she started sleeping on a wedged pillow.
Lindsay - I have never even heard of a wedged pillow! Right now I sleep with a pile of 2-3 of them under my head. Not so comfy on the neck. I am going to have to check this out.
I'm sorry you don't feel well Kristen :( Hope you feel better soon!
